Riot aims to make “clarity improvements” to VALORANT’s hit registration

Since VALORANT‘s beta release earlier this year, players have had numerous complaints about the game’s supposedly inconsistent hit registration. But today, Riot Games released a new developer’s blog post on the subject and how it plans to fix some of the identified issues. Riot has been good about responding to bugs, glitches, and hit registration problems. But according to the developers, a majority of the issues that players are facing don’t have to do with hit reg.

Stewie2k leaves Cloud9 to try out for SK Gaming

Franchise star Jake “Stewie2k” Yip is leaving Cloud9 to pursue a “once in a lifetime” opportunity. Stewie2k will be trying out for SK Gaming in the coming weeks and will be taking Epitacio “TACO” de Melo’s spot on the active Brazilian lineup on a trial basis. It’s unclear whether Stewie2k is contracted to SK, but he was let out of a recent multi-year agreement with Cloud9, according to C9 CEO Jack Etienne.

Not only was 2017 a year of competitive CS:GO, but it was also a year of very innovative weapon skins. Three cosmetic weapon cases were released this year: The two-part Spectrum Collection and The Operation Hydra Collection. Each case had the traditional rarity lineup of reds, pinks, purples, light purples, and blues, and as usual, the reds and pinks continue to be the most aesthetically pleasing. When is Jinx from League of Legends releasing in Fortnite?

Riot Games and Epic Games are teaming up to bring their two respective flagship titles, League of Legends and Fortnite, together in a crossover event. To celebrate the premiere of Riot’s animated series Arcane on Netflix, Jinx, the main character of the show, will be making an appearance in Fortnite.  The appearance of Jinx in Fortnite marks the first time that a League champion has ever appeared in a game developed by a company other than Riot.
